2nd date: Data subjects’ rights according to Article 12–23 — “Data subjects’ rights”

In preparation for the General Data Protection Regulation, SEC4YOU offers a series of events focusing on the “what” and the “how”. In workshops, defined results of the concrete implementation (the “how”) are presented in addition to the known requirements of the EU GDPR (the “what”). Our focus is to start with the implementation recommendations where legal advice often ends.

At the second GDPR workshop “What & How” on December 12, we will devote ourselves in a small group to EU GDPR Articles 12–23 — rights of data subjects.

January 18, 2018 — DSGVO Workshop “What & How” — Technical & organizational measures according to Article 32.

Workshop Objective

The goal of the workshop is to enable the participants to implement the known requirements — especially the data subject rights — of the General Data Protection Regulation practically and independently.

Note: The information provided in the workshop is for general presentation of measures under the General Data Protection Regulation, does not constitute legal advice and cannot replace legal advice.
